| Description: | Sterling silver pin, one of a kind, created by the lost wax technique, where the original image is carved in wax, a mold is made, the wax is melted out in a kiln, and the final image comes from molten silver being injected by a centrifuge, after which a substantial amount of finishing work is done to produce the final piece. |
| Artist's Comments: | This commissioned piece was created for the owner of Berkland Bros. Wool on Main Street, a shop that has been in the same location since 1939 and is an integral part of the community. The pin is based on the shop's logo, a one of a kind piece. |
